In addition, our clients have access to "Debtrak", CreditCollect's internet based collection system. Debtrak's online functions allow our clients to:

- View file notes
- Add a file note, which is automatically emailed to an account manager
- View all financial transactions
- View all charges (legal and non-legal)
- Search using customer/property number or name
- Print selected reports
All clients have individual user names and passwords quaranteeing secure access to the system. Multiple users can be authorised for each department requiring access.

We have on-line facilities for Magistrates Court which allows 24 hours turn around for the issuing of most legal documents. |
