CreditCollect prides itself on its stable, experienced yet flexible staff.
We currently have 8 full-time dedicated collection staff as well as an afternoon crew of telephone collection staff and 2 part-time collectors.
We utilise staff who work regular business hours, as well as several staff who work outside business hours to maximise collection opportunities.
All our customer service officers work in our Traralgon office and have extensive knowledge and experience in debt collection and customer service.
Our executive (particularly our business development manager) work in both our Traralgon and Melbourne offices.
CreditCollect has an outstanding staff retention rate. This may be attributed to the flexible, family friendly structure provided. Low staff turnover ensures that clients and customers always have a familiar contact person to assist them with their enquiry.
