If the debt collection industry needed a positive, human touch then Mark and Anne Answerth have delivered it. From small beginnings in 2001 with just two employees and a handful of clients, CreditCollect identified the opportunity to pioneer a new ‘non call centre’, case sensitive approach to debt management. The continuous growth into the national and international credit management marketplace was inevitable and today they pride themselves on never having lost a major client.

During 2011, CreditCollect was a Victorian Finalist in the Telstra Small Business Awards and Winner of ‘Business of the Year’ in the Bendigo Bank Gippsland Business Awards. Judges commented that the company’s focus and dedication on building a positive team culture enabled it to professionally and systematically deliver outstanding service. The judges noted that this was a testament to the leadership of the company over the last 10 years.

Mark and Anne Answerth are passionate about their work and acknowledge their loyal, hardworking team as the backbone of the business and the reason for its success. The key elements of CreditCollect’s philosophy have been to ‘have fun’ and ‘give back’. In November 2011, Mark and Anne were honoured to host CreditCollect’s 10th year anniversary celebrations with the team and many of their fantastic clients at the Spring Racing Carnival at Flemington for Emirates Stakes Day. Mark outlined the vision for the next decade as building on the successes of the last ten years and committing to reinventing the credit management industry in Australia with the ability to provide a fully outsourced credit solution.

CreditCollect is proud to have as valued clients, many of Australia’s most recognizable brands, and looks forward to partnering them into the future. As CreditCollect prepares to move its Traralgon headquarters into a larger, purpose built facility, the foundations are set for the next 10 years, having serviced over 1000 organisations in the past decade.
